Hello everyone! Despite my intention to start blogging regularly again, it’s been a month since my last post. I haven’t felt like I really had much to share with you all, but that doesn’t mean that I haven’t been cooking!
I’ve been consistently cooking dinner about 5 nights a week, trying out 3-4 new dishes and 1 or 2 old favorites. I’ve found this allows me to balance making reliably delicious food (the old favorites) and experimenting with new dishes, most of which end up well, while others are just ok. I make a meal plan for the week every Friday or Saturday, so I’ll try to share this on the blog in the future, and then follow up with how I liked the recipes.
